One of the best, if not THE best fresh watermelon flavoring on the market! Best if used under 1.2% as a solo flavor test. I would recommend use at 1% as a main flavor, or between 0.3-0.6% as a supporting flavor.
The body of this WM is absolutely amazing! It’s juicy, fleshy, and full. I don’t know how Shane did it, but when used correctly, this WM actually makes my mouth feel like I’m eating the red center of a seedless watermelon. There is a very tiny hint of rind at 1%, but definitely not enough to put anyone off. This IS a complete watermelon. If I had to break it down, it would be 85% red, 10% white, and 5% rind. This has quite a distinct taste, as in it doesn’t taste anything like the other WMs I’ve tried, but with a little bit of trial and error this can be mixed very well. It has enough top note to be the main flavor, but in my opinion this is better as a supporting note in your favorite fruit mix.
My favorite pairings are JF Ultimate Watermelon (3%JF/1%VSO) for an amazing fresh WM, Cap Cucumber (2%Cap/1%VSO) to boost the rind note, or SSA Garden Mint (0.25%SSA/1%VSO) for a touch of summery freshness.
Last but not least, this flavoring at 1% is comparable to other WMs at 5-8%, so it is VERY strong, and a little bottle will go a long way. In my honest opinion, this is a necessity for anyone who loves watermelon, and should be put on your shopping list ASAP!
