This is a great flavor… I prefer 3-4% depending on how much I want to taste in a recipe … Sweet and tart , no off notes.. just cranberry… Pairs well with other cranberries, cranberry jam, and even orange.. I made a Cran Orange that was delicious…

A very nice sweet an tart but I don’t taste any Cranberry I have herd of people that are strawberry blind I have a hard time with peanut butters. But I can’t taste any Cranberry but it is a very nice sweet an tart. An I can see alot of uses for this flavor
