Mixed at 2.5% for sft. Just an overnight steep…This is a very authentic honey flavor. No off notes , almost creamy like. Maybe from the caramel base.. A bit of floral accent But it’s perfect. I get a great tasting authentic honey… Great flavor to experiment with! I think honey butter, or honey cream cheese. This will be a great addition to my Cranberry Cornbread Pudding at about 1%… Thx Swaggy. Another flavor outta the park. 👊
