A very nice Dulce de leches. Tested 2% 70/30 this is a nice sweet creamy texture. A milky caramel sauce. Just what it says it is. With this one I could almost do a stand alone! Something you could eat a spoonful of. I really like this one. Custards, bakeries, fruits, anywhere you’d like to use a milky caramel. I use this in a cookie recipe as a drizzle “topping “ This is my favorite Dulce compared to others on the market.
