    I was hesitant to try this because super sweet is my go to sweetener, but this might be the new kid on the block! I use it in my custards and get no off notes whatsoever. It’s not heavy like super sweet can be sometimes with certain things. It doesn’t weigh down a recipe. I love a sweet recipe so I use .30-.50 and it’s perfect for me. It’s light (if that makes sense) but not on flavor, it blends well, and tastes good.
