Poached Pear

Description

We take a VSO Pear and gently poach it in VSO Champagne. Add in a touch of vanilla bean, and finish it off with a spot of cream. Simple and to the point, but delicious none the less. 

Undiluted concentrated flavoring.

This is one shot and must be diluted before use Median range of use is 17%
