Danish Pastry Raw..
Mixed a sft at .50% … This is delicious! Great Danish, great pastry, and cinnamon.( I do get a bit of cinnamon) but it’s really good. In a recipe I will lower %.
Needs a tiny steep. (3 days for me) and go light … In 3 days it was still holding strong. This will be great for a fruit Danish cookie. Definitely a keeper!
