This cinnamon is really nice and not too harsh. I used cinnamon at 1% in my fig cookie recipe and it’s just right as you won’t need much to reach the level of flavor you are looking for. I don’t think it’s meant for a churros recipe but works well for cookies and cakes I found the spice intensity to be on the smoother side. Chasing Clouds and Flavor Reviews approved!
