This flavor is wildly delicious and is so versatile in many different situations.
If I had to give a real life comparison of what this taste like.. I would have to say that anyone who has had the big blue round tin of royal dansk cookies,
Would know exactly what I’m talking about. That round textured cookie in the collection that everyone seems to go for first.. is exactly what I’m getting when using this phenomenal flavor.
I have used this at 2% all the way up to 6.5% for that perfect cookie flavor that I just can’t get enough of.
I would say if you’re doing a SFT that you could push it up to 8-10%
Although this cookie Marries so well with other flavors and mixes, that I have been thoroughly enjoying it doing just that.. using it in everything from bakery, dairy, creams & custard and of course for that perfect crust flavor for any cheesecake.
It’s no doubt that Shane hit a home run with this flavor.. in fact it’s so good it’s starting to take the place of my FA cookie (What ? ) Yes its that good and that says a lot for just how good and versatile this flavor actually is..
