Made a sft at 3.5%… Authentic Maple. not syrup..No off notes. Just a great maple flavor. I taste a bit of cream behind the maple. No off notes. A bit light so I pushed it higher and it works for me.. I quite like this flavor.. Will be great in alot of bakeries.. and maple candy. And added to maple syrup to add that creamy note to top pancakes.
